Tracking the shipment of your product is crucial. If you don’t know when it will arrive, you can’t plan for its arrival. And if you don’t plan for its arrival, you’re not prepared to receive it—and that can lead to problems that could have been avoided.
To track your Bee Express shipment, follow these steps:
1) Go to the website of your local postal service. If you’re not sure which one this is, ask a friend or family member who lives near you or check the mailboxes in your apartment building or community.
2) Find the tracking information for your package under “Track & Trace”. This will be located on the right-hand side of your screen and look similar to the image below:
3) Enter the information provided by your postal service into the fields on our website (found under “My Account” in the upper-right corner), then click “Search for Shipment”. You should see an overview of where your package is currently located and how far along in processing it is; if there are any issues with delivery or other delays, those details will be listed here as well.
