How To Track Your Parcel? Tracking Your Parcel

We all hope for the best when we mail a package, but it can be nerve-wracking to know whether or not your parcel has arrived at its destination. That’s why we’ve put together this guide on how to track your parcels. We’ll go over everything from how to get started tracking your parcels to what happens if you don’t receive them. Let’s dive in!

Navigate to your store admin panel.

Navigate to your store admin panel.

  • Click on the store name in the top-right corner of your Shopify Dashboard.
  • In the left sidebar, click Orders → Shipments.

Go to Orders → Shipments to see the list of shipments for all orders.

You can see the list of shipments for all orders by going to Orders → Shipments. On this page, you’ll find a table containing information about each shipment. Each row represents a single shipment; look at the Tracking Number column to see the tracking number for each order (this varies depending on how your carrier delivers packages).

The following table shows what information you’ll find for each shipment:

  • Shipment ID – The unique ID assigned by Shopify when an order is placed. This number allows Shopify to keep track of your orders and shipments in their system.
  • Date Ordered – When an order was placed in your store, including the timezone where it was placed if applicable. For example: “2019-03-06 14:15 PST.” or “2019-03-06 14:15 UTC”. If there’s no date or time associated with this item, then this field will be left blank instead of showing an empty string like most other fields do when they don’t have any data associated with them yet (it is possible that there could be other reasons why one of these records aren’t showing up correctly such as if one were trying using filters on their queries).
  • Status – Shows whether an order has been sent out yet or not yet shipped since it hasn’t been marked as “shipped” yet — note that some shipping companies may charge customers additional fees based on their destination address so we recommend contacting them directly before purchasing anything online through companies like Amazon Prime which makes shipping easier but also more expensive than buying direct from sellers themselves because sometimes delivery times may vary between different sellers depending upon where they are located geographically speaking!
Parcel tracking

Find the shipment you would like to track, click on it and go to the Trackings tab.

The first step is to find the shipment you would like to track. Once you have located your parcel, click on it and go to the Trackings tab.

In the Trackings tab, you will see a list of all items that are being sent with the same tracking number as yours. The “Track Status” column indicates whether or not each shipment has been delivered/received yet. A green checkmark means that delivery has been confirmed by USPS, while a red exclamation point indicates an error with delivery information.

From here you can check when your parcel was shipped and when it will be arriving at its destination by clicking on any item in this list; these dates will be updated automatically as new information becomes available from USPS about your package’s status (e.g., whether or not it was delivered).
