Saint Lucia Post offers several options for international mail and package tracking. The two main ways to track your package are by using the Track & Trace Service or by using the post office’s website.
Track & Trace Service
The Track & Trace service is used when you want to find out where your package is in transit, as well as when it will be delivered. You can use this service at any of Saint Lucia Post’s locations on the island, or you can use it at home if you have internet access. If you choose this option, your package will be tracked from origin to destination and will keep you up-to-date on any delays or changes that may occur along the way.
To use this service at home, visit www.stluciapost.com and click on “Track & Trace” at the top of the page. Enter your tracking number and hit “Track” to see where your parcel is located at all times during transit. You can also check here if there are any issues with delivery as well as when it was shipped from its origin point (where it came from).
1. Go to Saint Lucia Post’s website and click on the link that says, “Track a Package.”
2. Type in your tracking number, which can be found on the receipt that was sent with your package, or on the label on the box itself.
3. Click “Continue” and wait for results!
