1. Log into your eParcel account online at https://www.eparcel.kr/
2. Once you’ve signed into your account, click on “Track Your Order” from the top menu bar or from the side menu section labeled “My Account”
3. Enter your tracking number and select the appropriate option (EMS or EMS) to view more detailed information about your shipment such as its location, estimated arrival date, courier name, contact information
